In this nursing role, you’ll focus on elderly residents' health by applying BCCNM standards and ethical practice. Coordinate assessments, provide nursing interventions, and enhance the quality of life for residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess resident health and develop personalized care plans

• Implement evidence-based nursing interventions

• Support and mentor LPN’s and RCA’s in care delivery

• Engage with families and healthcare providers for optimal care

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research efforts
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse status with BCCNM

• Completion of a gerontology course or relevant experience

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Experience managing chronic conditions and palliative care

• Proficient in nursing care procedures and equipment usage
