Your Impact

Next Health is seeking a Full‑Time Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner with a strong interest in health, wellness & longevity to join our team. The ideal candidate is an advanced provider with strong clinical and leadership skills, experience in hormone management, a passion for functional medicine, and the ability to help grow our practices while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Description
  • Conduct patient assessments and provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up care.
  • Perform hormone replacement therapy.
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management, healthy lifestyles, and medication use.
  • Document patient care in electronic medical records and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up‑to‑date on best practices and clinical guidelines.
What to Expect
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high‑quality patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up‑to‑date on best practices and clinical guidelines.
What You’ll Bring
  • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
  • A valid California state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or a related field.
  • 2+ years of Functional Medicine experience.
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Previous experience with hormone treatments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and other clinical software.

$160,000 – $160,000 a year
