VCH is searching for Registered Nurses skilled in critical care for the Intensive Care Unit in Powell River, BC. You will deliver necessary emergency care and collaborate with other healthcare providers while ensuring the safety and well-being of patients. This role empowers you to demonstrate your nursing leadership and maintain high clinical standards for quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver emergency care to patients with critical conditions

• Work as part of an emergency response team

• Consult and collaborate with healthcare professionals

• Demonstrate nursing practice expertise and leadership

• Participate in approved research and hospital committees
Requirements:

• Practicing RN registration with the British Columbia College

• Critical care nursing program completion or relevant experience

• In-depth knowledge of BCCNM standards

• Strong skills in assessment and intervention

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
