Become a part time Registered Nurse at Evergreen Nursing Services and provide specialized palliative care during night shifts in a home setting. Enjoy a stable and predictable schedule.
This unique position is ideal for Registered Nurses with skills in palliative care, allowing you to make a difference in clients' lives in Greater Vancouver. You will work scheduled night shifts with a focus on delivering personalized home care, coupled with support from Vancouver Coastal Health's Home Hospice Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer comprehensive palliative care in home settings
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation
• Coordinate with families and other healthcare providers
• Provide education according to patient needs
• Engage with ongoing training programs from Evergreen
Requirements:
• Active BCCNM Registered Nurse license
• 6 to 12 months experience in acute or palliative care
• Resident of Greater Vancouver area
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Excellent communication skills
