Position: Full-Time RN Special Care Nursery Nights

As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities include assessing and managing the care of neonates in the Special Care Nursery. You will document all patient care accurately and guide other professionals in their obligations. Your commitment to professional growth and maintaining high care standards will help shape the well-being of our youngest patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and respond to patient care needs

• Document care following established standards

• Delegate nursing tasks appropriately within the team

• Engage in suitable professional development activities

• Participate in policy and safety improvements

Requirements:

• Accredited Degree in Nursing required

• At least one year of neonatal acute care experience

• Must possess a Registered Nurse license upon hire

• Basic Life Support certification essential upon hire

• Completion of Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months
