Reporting directly to the Site & Resident Care Manager, this supervisory role demands collaboration with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will guide Assisted Living and Activity Workers while ensuring the well-being of tenants through personalized nursing care. Your expertise in CPR and supervisory skills will foster resident engagement within a supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Assisted Living and Activity Workers

• Monitor staff work to achieve desired outcomes

• Develop and modify individualized Personal Service Plans

• Provide nursing care as required to tenants

• Participate in Community Gatherings and Care Conferences

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program

• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Current basic cardiac life support certification

• At least three years of relevant nursing experience

• Strong observational and teaching skills
