Overview
Join Providence Health Care as a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Cath Lab/Electrophysiology Labs. Utilize your critical care expertise to ensure comprehensive patient support in a cooperative workplace. This role reports to the Patient Care Manager, focusing on individualized care for cardiac patients.
As an RN, you will assess physical and emotional needs, develop tailored care plans, and educate patients and families. This position emphasizes teamwork and operates within Providence Health Care’s mission of compassionate care.
Responsibilities- Assess patients social and psychological needs
- Develop and implement tailored nursing care plans
- Educate patients and families on care practices
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Advocate for patient rights and collaborate with families
- Current BCCNM registration as a practising nurse
- Completion of critical care course or relevant experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage workload
- Physical capability to perform nursing duties
