Key Responsibilities:
• Review patient status through direct observations and discussions
• Develop tailored care plans based on individual assessments
• Monitor and document patient progress per established standards
• Facilitate health education and promotion for patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement and nursing training initiatives
Requirements:
• Certified Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse
• Proficiency in CPR and clinical leadership experience
• Strong teamwork, decision-making, and teaching skills
• Commitment to ongoing nursing career development
• Ability to resolve conflicts in clinical situations
