In this role, you will report to the Director of Care, delivering direct care and medication administration to residents with various needs. Your critical thinking and communication skills will ensure that residents receive the best quality of care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing interventions for complex resident needs
• Administer medications and document care accurately
• Assess and adapt care plans based on resident changes
• Engage with families during urgent situations
• Mentor nursing staff to improve overall care quality
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration in British Columbia
• Familiarity with gerontology and long-term care
• Proven time management and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening report
