Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the care team on resident care plans

• Safely administer medications and manage treatments

• Participate in resident care conferences and transitions

• Provide guidance to unregulated care providers

• Address resident and family concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse registration in BC

• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
