Eligible candidates with medical/surgical experience can gain specialized training through the BCIT Critical Care Program, with all expenses covered by the hospital. This full-time role involves hands-on learning and mentorship to enhance care delivery in critical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Educate patients and families on health issues

• Collaborate within the interdisciplinary team

• Direct nursing interventions in critical situations
Requirements:

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• Minimum 1-2 years medical/surgical experience

• Successful completion of the Post-Basic Education before starting
