Fraser Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse with recent neonatal experience for its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively during high-risk deliveries while applying your clinical expertise. You'll be responsible for comprehensive assessments and advocating for newborn care in an impactful setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing assessments for newborns
• Write accurate reports for seamless care
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and utilize NRP procedures
• Maintain records as per Fraser Health standards
• Promote family-centered care and nursing best practices
Requirements:
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Minimum one year of recent neonatal experience
• Completion of a post-basic Neonatal Nursing Program
• Basic Rescuer (Level
C) and NRP Certificates
• Strong ability to assess and prioritize needs
