Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient status through chart reviews and consultation

• Advocate for patient rights and dignity at all times
• Participate in nursing education programs and policy evaluations
Requirements:
• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse
• 1–2 years of medical/surgical experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
• Physical capability to perform nursing tasks and teaching
