• Review patient status and care through observations and discussions
• Develop tailored care plans based on assessed needs
• Monitor and document patient progress following established standards
• Facilitate education and health promotion for patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement and training initiatives

• Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse certification
• CPR proficiency and clinical leadership experience
• Skills in teamwork, decision-making, and teaching
