In this nursing role, you will assess and implement care for patients post-surgery, ensuring their physiological and psychological needs are met. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, you will guide patient education and recovery strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring and modifying nursing interventions based on patient evaluations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient/resident status
• Formulate and revise individualized nursing care plans
• Document patient information and treatment outcomes
• Direct care for patients in life-threatening situations
• Facilitate group educational activities for patients

• Active RN registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses
• Minimum two years’ experience in critical care
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• CPR training knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership in patient care
