We are seeking skilled Wound Care Nurses (RN/LPN) to join our dedicated home care team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to clients in their homes
• Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations
• Perform wound care treatments within your scope
• Administer medications and document accordingly
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
Requirements:
• Licensed RN or LPN in good standing in BC
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical and wound care expertise
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access
