Responsibilities- Create and manage personalized care plans for patients

- Work with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Keep accurate documentation of all care processes
- Administer prescribed treatments and medicines
- Valid RN/RPN registration with the BC College of Nurses
- Proven communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergencies
- Experience in conflict resolution and patient education
- Capacity to meet the physical demands of nursing
