Overview
Become a Licensed Practical Nurse in infusion services with Bayshore, providing specialized, personalized patient care in home or clinical settings. Your primary focus will be on secure and effective treatment delivery. As a Specialty Pharma Nurse, you will monitor patients experiencing pharmacological treatments and ensure their safety throughout the process.
Responsibilities- Prepare and administer injectable and intravenous treatments
- Develop comprehensive nursing care plans for patients
- Monitor infusion-related reactions and intervene when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient health
- Report adverse events as required by pharmacovigilance
- LPN or RPN graduated from an accredited program
- Active registration with provincial nursing body
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Experience in acute care or with specialty pharmaceuticals
- Solid assessment and communication abilities
