As an LPN/RN Home Care Nurse, you will provide direct patient care under registered nurse supervision, ensuring quality outcomes. You will conduct assessments and document care accurately while performing treatments competently within your provincial scope of practice. Building meaningful relationships with clients is a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to clients in their homes
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation
• Conduct ongoing assessments for client health
• Prepare and administer medications according to protocols
• Follow infection control principles and precautions
Requirements:
• Current nursing license and certificate of competence
• CPR certification required
• Strong clinical skills with patient care experience
• Valid vehicle for travel between client locations
• Self-directed with excellent customer service skills
