As a Specialty Pharma Nurse, you will monitor and manage infusion-related reactions while delivering care tailored to individual patient needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with the Specialty Nursing Supervisor will ensure a high standard of safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create individualized nursing care plans for each patient
• Conduct patient health assessments and medication teaching
• Initiate peripheral IV access as applicable
• Administer specialized intravenous treatments proficiently
• Observe and document patient conditions thoroughly
Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited nursing education program
• Current registration with provincial nursing regulatory body
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification essential
• Experience in both acute care and specialty pharmaceuticals
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
