Position: Compassionate RN/RPN for Long-Term Care
Join our compassionate team as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse in long-term care. You'll provide exceptional nursing care while developing meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Seeking an experienced RN or RPN with active registration in British Columbia to provide individualized care. In this role, you will lead care delivery, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the well-being of our residents through dedicated clinical support. Your leadership and communication skills will play a vital role in shaping a warm, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage individualized resident care plans

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor health outcomes

• Document nursing care and collaborate with healthcare professionals

• Prepare patients for procedures, admissions, and transfers

• Administer medications and observe patient responses
Requirements:

• Current RN or RPN registration with the relevant college

• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities

• CPR knowledge and ability to guide patient education

• Experience working within a healthcare team setting

• Capacity to prioritize nursing tasks effectively
