As part of the St. Vincent's team, you'll ensure exceptional resident care through supervision and hands-on nursing. Strong leadership and the ability to foster rapport are crucial as you guide Assisted Living Workers in providing a high standard of service.
Your role includes developing Personal Service Plans tailored to the unique needs of residents and actively engaging with tenants and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Assisted Living and Activity Workers daily
• Implement and monitor care delivery for optimal outcomes
• Develop individualized Personal Service Plans
• Provide direct nursing care as needed
• Foster communication and support for tenants
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Practical Nurse education program
• Current BC College of Nurses and Midwives registration
• Basic cardiac life support certification
• Minimum three years related experience required
• Experience in CPR and client education skills
