The position is for an 18-month maternity leave at an on-site medical clinic supporting a large employee base. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the medical team's operations and care delivery
• Perform medical examinations and fit-for-duty evaluations
• Support the Drug and Alcohol Program effectively
• Conduct health assessments and manage referrals
• Ensure compliance with workplace health regulations
Requirements:
• Current British Columbia Registered Nurse license
• Experience in Emergency Nursing is essential
• Willingness to obtain an OFAIII Certificate
• Prior industrial or remote nursing experience preferred
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
