Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and determine nursing diagnoses
• Collaborate with families to develop effective care plans
• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks appropriately
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance
• Document patient care accurately to maintain standards
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
• Experience in critical care environments
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
