Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Position

Shape the future of Assisted Living at Honoria Conway as a Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor. This pivotal role combines supervisory responsibilities with direct nursing care within an inclusive community.

In this position, you will report to the Site & Resident Care Manager while leading Assisted Living Workers to ensure tenant needs are met. You will contribute to individualized care plans and actively support staff in delivering holistic care. Your expertise will promote a collaborative atmosphere that values every resident's dignity and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of Assisted Living Workers

• Monitor compliance with care standards and policies

• Participate in assessing and developing service plans

• Provide hands-on nursing care as required

• Engage tenants through supportive communication

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized LPN program

• Valid registration with the BC College of Nurses

• Current CPR certification

• Three years of relevant nursing experience

• Strong skills in coaching, teaching, and rapport building
