Join Louis Brier Home and Hospital as a Registered Nurse and complete your paid Transitional Practice Experience. Make a difference while earning $41.42/hour in Long Term Care. Located in Vancouver, B.C., Louis Brier is looking for International Educated Nurses with a BCCNM Provisional Registration.
This role offers a unique prospect to deliver compassionate, client-centered care while assessing and evaluating nursing needs in a diverse community setting. You will collaborate with team members to create and execute effective care plans for residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess nursing care needs of residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care plans
- Perform daily nursing tasks, ensuring resident safety
- Manage medication administration and documentation
- Participate in staff development and in-service education
- Approved School of Nursing graduation
- Minimum one year relevant experience
- Required Long Term Care experience
- Current BCCNM registration
- First Aid and Basic Life Support certification necessary
