What You Will Do

Join a dedicated team providing compassionate, top‑notch care to residents in our long‑term care homes as a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse. As an RN/RPN in LTC, you will develop individualized care plans, supervise care staff, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for residents. We value strong clinical skills, leadership, and a commitment to person and family centered care.

Minimum

Nurse‑to‑Patient Ratio

Minimum Nurse‑to‑Patient Ratios (mNPR) set the minimum number of nurses required to safely care for patients on a given unit. Developed in partnership with the Ministry of Health, the BC Nurses' Union (BCNU), and health organizations across British Columbia, mNPR provides a consistent and transparent approach to staffing that supports safe nursing practice and high‑quality patient care. What You Bring
  • Education:
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) procedures appropriate for the area of service.
  • Ability to work as a member in an interdisciplinary team.
