As a Clinic LPN at Peace Health, you will play a vital role in patient care under physician direction. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, assisting in examinations, and maintaining comprehensive health records. You will also participate in telephone triage and ensure effective communication with patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement patient care effectively

• Provide direct patient assistance during examinations

• Document patient care in health records accurately

• Manage telephone triage as directed by provider

• Communicate information with patients and pharmacies

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited LPN program

• 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington required

• Basic Life Support certification required

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
