Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards

• Implement clinical interventions to improve resident outcomes

• Act as a resource for the interdisciplinary team

• Support and guide RCA's and LPN's in resident care

• Collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal care plans

Requirements:

• Current registration with BCCNM as RN or RPN

• Completion of an approved gerontology course

• Strong knowledge of chronic disease management

• Proven experience in end-of-life care approaches

• Ability to accommodate frail elderly resident needs
