Deliver exceptional care as a Registered Nurse at Age Care Lakeview in Vancouver, B.C. Join our dedicated team to support residents' health through direct care, medication administration, and critical assessments.

As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, you'll provide direct resident care and ensure adherence to health standards.

Your role involves complex care for residents with unpredictable needs and requires strong clinical knowledge. You'll also mentor other nursing staff while ensuring effective communication with residents and families during urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents with complex needs

• Administer medications and document care accurately

• Communicate urgent assessment needs to families

• Delegate tasks to unregulated care providers effectively

• Coach nursing staff in quality care delivery

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience working with seniors or in long-term care

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
