This casual LPN Supervisor role requires leadership in nursing and an ability to foster a community spirit among residents. You'll work in a collaborative environment, ensuring safe, compassionate care and teaching best practices. This position includes a rotating schedule and is located at Honoria Conway, an assisted living home focused on inclusivity and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Assisted Living and Activity Workers
• Monitor staff performance to ensure care goals
• Assist in developing and modifying Personal Service Plans
• Provide nursing care tailored to resident needs
• Support residents and address inquiries effectively
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program
• Current registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Three years' related nursing experience
• Basic cardiac life support certification
• Supervisory and teaching skills in nursing
