Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care for complex, unstable resident needs

• Carry out assigned restricted nursing activities

• Adapt care strategies based on ongoing assessments

• Facilitate communication with families during emergencies

• Assist stable residents and guide nursing staff

Requirements:

• Registration as a Registered Nurse in the province

• Background working with seniors preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong clinical knowledge and delegation abilities

• Updated Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
