Position: Registered Perinatal Nurse Island
Enhance obstetrical care as a Temporary Part-Time Registered Perinatal Nurse at Vancouver Island Health Authority. Focus on quality patient care in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

This position requires you to deliver exceptional nursing care following provincial and local guidelines while working rotating shifts. Your experience in patient assessment will be vital for maintaining a respectful and effective workplace. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to established protocols

• Utilize effective assessment and organizational skills

• Lead in critical nursing situations

Requirements:

• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Completion of Perinatal Nursing specialty program

• Valid CPR Basic Rescuer certification

• Two years of related nursing experience

• Certificate in Breastfeeding Course
