As a Registered Nurse, you will assess patients' needs, create tailored care plans, and educate patients and families about their health conditions. You will work rotating shifts in a collaborative environment, ensuring adherence to Providence's commitment to high-care standards in patient health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess physical and psychological needs of patients
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care
• Refer patients to appropriate resources
• Collaborate with health professionals for optimal patient care
Requirements:
• Current RN registration in Canada with BCCNM eligibility
• Completion of postgraduate nephrology program or one year of hemodialysis experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
• Proficient knowledge of CPR procedures
Support hemodialysis patients through expert care and teamwork at Providence Health.
