Next Health seeks a skilled Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner with leadership abilities and a passion for holistic wellness. You will conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform hormone replacement therapy. Collaborating with physicians, you'll deliver primary care services and educate families on health management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and provide primary care services
• Perform hormone replacement therapy tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate on treatment plans with healthcare providers
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
Requirements:
• MSN degree with APRN certification is mandatory
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in California
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care
• At least 2 years’ experience in Functional Medicine
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills are required
