Your role is vital in delivering compassionate nursing support.
Candidates should possess a baccalaureate nursing degree and at least two years of pediatric or palliative care experience. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and engage families in the care process while advocating for children's rights. The position also involves educational support for staff and participation in interdisciplinary team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and formulate care plans for children
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Educate families about care strategies and protocols
• Document patient care accurately and comprehensively
• Engage in quality assurance and clinical research
Requirements:
• Degree from a recognized nursing program
• Two years of pediatric/palliative care experience
• CPR-C & AED certification (recent)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Flexible to various shift patterns including nights and weekends
