As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, you will deliver direct care and medication administration, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents with complex needs
• Administer medications safely and document care thoroughly
• Communicate with families during urgency or emergencies
• Assess stable residents and mentor nursing staff
• Perform advanced care interventions as necessary
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration in BC
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Education in gerontology or rehabilitation is preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
• Recent Vulnerable Position Screening certification
