As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will oversee a nursing unit's daily functions and provide crucial support to nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff in daily operations

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in British Columbia with active registration
• Minimum three years in a clinical specialty role
