As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will report to the Operations Leader, supervising a nursing unit and providing clinical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of nursing unit

• Mentor staff and provide clinical expertise

• Coordinate patient care activities and staffing

• Implement quality improvement initiatives

• Advocate for patients and their families

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Three years of related clinical experience

• Knowledge of CPR procedures

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to guide and resolve team conflicts
