Compassionate LPN Home Care Nurse

This role focuses on providing direct skilled care to clients under the guidance of a registered nurse. You will conduct assessments, document care accurately, and administer medications following proper procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate direct patient care in a home environment

• Conduct ongoing assessments and provide timely documentation

• Administer medications accurately and follow protocols

• Uphold infection control principles in all interactions

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse in BC in good standing

• Current CPR certification and clinical skills required

• Negative TB test or valid chest x-ray needed

• Vehicle required for travel between client homes

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
