Registered Nurse - Post-Transplant at VCH

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess post-transplant patients for admission to the SOT Clinic

• Coordinate interdisciplinary assessments and follow-up care

• Implement client education using adult learning principles

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address health concerns

• Participate in committees representing transplant services

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• Two years’ recent experience in nursing with education focus

• Knowledgeable in solid organ transplantation and nursing practices

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Able to work independently and within a team
