In this role, you will report to the Director of Care and engage in delivering goal-directed nursing care. Help residents thrive through person-centered practices, while documenting assessments and care plans accurately. This role is vital in maintaining high-quality service alongside a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the care team and manage resident assessments

• Implement care plans and adjust them based on evaluations

• Administer nursing care and manage medications safely

• Participate in resident transitions and conferences

• Address resident concerns and uphold quality standards

Requirements:

• Current LPN registration in the applicable province/state

• Preferred experience in long-term or senior care settings

• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
