Position: St. Vincent’s Langara Nursing Leader Role
Shape resident care as a Clinical Nurse Leader cent’s Langara. Supervise nursing practices, support staff development, and drive quality improvements in our long-term care community.

In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Leader, guiding a dedicated nursing team. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, ensuring safe practices, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and unit operations

• Mentor and develop team competencies

• Adjust staffing and monitor patient acuity

• Advocate for effective resident care

• Participate in research and quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Current RN registration in British Columbia

• Minimum three years in clinical specialty

• CPR certification required

• Proven conflict resolution abilities

• Strong analytical and teaching skills
