At the TELUS Health Care Centre in Vancouver, you will focus on Executive Health and Preventive Medicine. Enjoy clinical autonomy while conducting comprehensive health assessments for patients with executive lifestyles. Work alongside physicians, nurses, kinesiologists, and dietitians to deliver exceptional care tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct health assessments for 6-8 patients daily
• Analyze and communicate diagnostic results effectively
• Develop individualized wellness plans with a multidisciplinary team
• Educate patients on preventative health strategies
• Coordinate follow-up with primary care clinicians
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner
• Current Nurse Practitioner registration with BCCNM
• Active provincial license and required certifications
• Experience in comprehensive health assessments
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
