Next Health invites applications for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner specializing in Functional Medicine. The role involves conducting assessments, hormone replacement, and creating tailored treatment plans in collaboration with medical staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct essential patient assessments in primary care
• Perform personalized hormone replacement therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management
• Accurately document care in EMRs for continuity
Requirements:
• Master of Science in Nursing and APRN certification
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license for California
• 2+ years of primary care experience required
• Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in Functional Medicine
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
