In this vital role, you'll assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and ensure effective medication management. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Create and adjust individualized care plans
• Monitor medication efficacy and client responses
• Educate clients and families about care and coping strategies
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements:
• Graduation from accredited Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing program
• Two years of experience in related mental health roles
• Current registration with the British Columbia Nursing Colleges
• Class 5 BC Driver's License and personal vehicle
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
Deliver impactful mental health support through compassionate care and teamwork in a thriving community setting.
