Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurate documentation
• Implement personalized care plans and monitor effectiveness
• Administer medications and treatments as per regulations
• Assist in resident transitions and family education
• Manage emergency situations and resident concerns promptly
Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration in the applicable province
• Background in senior or long-term care preferred
• Strong time management and communication abilities
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Proficient with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office
