Enhance community health as a Registered Nurse with Vancouver Coastal Health in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on delivering quality care within an interdisciplinary framework.
As a Community Health Nurse for the Home Health Team, you will support clients in their homes, assisting them through acute, chronic, and palliative care challenges.

Requirements:
