Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing unit daily activities

• Provide mentorship and direct supervision

• Monitor resident care quality and nursing staff

• Facilitate interdisciplinary team communications

• Effectively manage staffing and resources

Requirements:

• Active RN registration with BC College

• Three years of clinical experience required

• CRC and CPR knowledge essential

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to model effective teamwork
