• Assessing and evaluating patient health needs
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring patient responses to treatments
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
• Educating patients and their families on health management

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Valid LPN Nurse license
• Valid BLS certification
• Vulnerable sector check (within 2 years of application date)
• WHMIS certification (can be completed online)
• Mask fit test

• $32 to $41 per hour
